For males 18-25 years old, must register with selective service
Maintaining satisfactory academic standing in school.
Have result of eligibility or partial eligibility on the drug conviction question

The last requirement for free grant application for students is in compliance with the federal law which stipulates that persons convicted for sales or possession of drugs are not eligible for federal student aid.
